These Terms of Service govern your use of First Ring's website and AI receptionist service. By purchasing or using First Ring, you agree to these terms.

Service

First Ring provides an AI-powered phone receptionist configured using information you provide about your business. First Ring assists with answering calls, capturing leads, and appointment-related requests based on your configuration.

Billing

Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, billed through Whop, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. The setup fee is non-recurring; the monthly fee renews automatically until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the one-time setup fee or the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate business information and not to use First Ring for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

First Ring is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
